Education: Required - Bachelor or undergraduate degree from an accredited university, in one of the following: Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or Criminal Justice. Experience: Required - 2 years of experience providing direct case management services. A Master’s degree in a social service-related field may be used to substitute for one year of experience. Required- 1 year of experience providing intensive in home- based interventions. Summary: The Case Manger is responsible for using sound professional judgement and best practices to provide case management to the service population including crisis intervention as needed while maintaining compliance with established state and federal standards.
