Your case management skills will play an important role in helping individuals access the resources and support they need while contributing to our commitment to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare. HNNCSB partners with both Hampton and Newport News General District Courts as part of separate dockets. BHDs are non-adversarial approaches by the judicial system, treatment providers, and other stakeholders addressing the needs of individuals with serious mental illness who have become involved in the criminal justice system.
