About The Position

Terros Health is seeking caring behavioral health and trauma-informed individuals to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Priest Dr. Recover Clinic in Tempe, AZ. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, daytime shifts. We are looking for new or upcoming graduates in Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Behavioral Health Science, or related healthcare administration or behavioral health degree programs. We develop from within and train you for success! New grads are welcome, and no experience is required with an associate's or bachelor's degree in behavioral health, as we will train you.

Requirements

• GED/high school diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience, OR
• An associate's degree in the field of medical or behavioral, OR
• A bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience, OR
• A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral, OR
• A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, electronic medical record proficiency
• Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
• Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members
• Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions
• Must pass typing test with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
• Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

• NextGen experience preferred
• Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred
• Certified Case Manager strongly preferred
