The Tamien Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support services to help individuals and families participating in the Rapid Rehousing Program. Their intensive and individualized case management services are coupled with linkage to a network of community resources to assist clients in averting homelessness, maintaining housing, and increasing self-sufficiency. The Housing Retention Case Manager participates in our collective effort to end and prevent homelessness. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving others, sees themselves in a helping profession long term, and is proactive and responsive to the needs of participants. They should be able to manage their time well, demonstrate strong organizational abilities, and be a highly collaborative member of the participant services team.
