Sound Behavioral Health is seeking an additional case manager to support Veterans' families in the Greater Seattle Area. The SSVF case management team assists approximately 450 Veteran households annually, helping Veterans experiencing homelessness obtain housing and assisting those at-risk of homelessness in achieving housing stability. The role involves a mix of community and office/home work, with an approach of meeting clients where they are to build relationships and trust. The ideal candidate believes in Housing First principles and is resourceful with knowledge of housing resources.
