About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a full-time, fully remote Case Manager Registered Nurse for its Costco Team, based in the San Antonio, Texas area. The role focuses on improving members’ health outcomes through personalized care planning, care coordination, risk identification, and support connecting members with appropriate resources. Member interactions are primarily telephonic, with occasional virtual interactions. The position has a weekday schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST, with an occasional 10 AM–7 PM rotation. The anticipated schedule is 40 hours per week.

The position requires an active, unrestricted multistate RN license in the state of residence. The nurse must be willing to obtain additional state licenses, with the employer covering the associated costs. The role offers a salary range of $60,522 to $129,615 and is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Requirements

• Active, unrestricted multistate RN license in the state of residence.
• At least 3 years of clinical RN experience.
• Comfort using multiple systems, including Microsoft Office and other tools.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST, with an occasional 10 AM–7 PM rotation.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses; the employer covers the cost.
• Associate degree in nursing.
