About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a remote Registered Nurse Case Manager for its Costco Team. The role focuses on improving members’ health outcomes by assessing, planning, and coordinating care, helping members navigate healthcare needs and achieve better overall wellness. The position is remote anywhere in the U.S., with San Antonio, Texas, preferred. Travel to the San Antonio office may be required for employees living within 45 minutes of the office at 7034 Alamo Downs Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78238.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, with an occasional 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. rotation. No weekends or holidays are required. The role is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours.

The employee works from home and must meet the company’s internet, privacy, and workspace requirements. CVS Health provides work equipment such as a keyboard, monitor, computer, and headset; the employee provides workspace furniture. The role requires navigating multiple applications and monitors, using digital communication and collaboration tools, accessing secure systems, maintaining security practices, and handling basic technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted multistate RN license in the state of residence.
• At least 3 years of clinical RN experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using multiple systems, such as Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses; the company will pay for them.
• Ability to meet work-from-home requirements, including a direct/hardwired internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds; Wi-Fi and satellite internet are not permitted.
• A quiet, secure, private, organized, and distraction-free designated home workspace that complies with CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines and allows uninterrupted work during work hours.
• Must work within the state and city where the employee has confirmed they currently live.
• Ability to set up and use multiple monitors and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate using email, calendar invitations, Teams messaging, and virtual meetings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications or similar tools such as Google Workspace.
• Ability to access secure systems such as VPNs and EHR portals, secure a computer when unattended, manage strong passwords, and recognize suspicious emails or links.
• Ability to resolve common technical issues independently and contact IT for unresolved technical issues.
• Openness to learning new skills as the workplace environment evolves.
• Must provide their own workspace furniture, such as a desk or standing desk, and be able to work at a desk for extended periods.
