About The Position

Responsible for driving the mobile health unit as a new line of service awarded by the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) grant via the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Coordinates with Healthcare Navigator to schedule mobile health unit and locations to provide service. Maintains van and mobile health unit such as getting inspections and maintenance done. Able to utilize telehealth tools. Provides services to Atkinson, Coffee, and Clinch counties. Position is part of a 4-year grant.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Have a clean driving record with less than 6 points.
  • High school diploma and three years of social service delivery to underserved populations OR associate degree in a social service delivery field and one year experience.
  • Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates.
  • Knowledge of community resources and connections.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL preferred.
  • Case management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with, or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care.
