About The Position
Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3 years social services experience
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply
- Must have a valid in-state driver’s license
- Have a driving record with no more than 6 points
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in helping field (psychology, sociology, etc.) preferred
- Case management experience is a plus
- Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care or lived experience in recovery is preferred
- Knowledge of addictive diseases is preferred
