About The Position

Cornerstones of Maine/Rubedo Transitions is offering the exciting opportunity to join our team as a Case Manager and Life Skills Coach in greater Portland, Maine. As a part of our team, you will support clients to propel themselves through the struggles of their daily lives to a place of healthy and sustainable success. Coaches at Cornerstones support our clients to experience personal growth and to develop effective, intentional habits and skill sets. Coaches support our clients with confronting challenges that fall in 7 key areas: academics, professional development, health and well-being, independent living, executive functioning, interpersonal growth, and character building. Coaches operate in a full-time role carrying a healthy caseload of ~6-7 clients. This role in particular supports clients that are nearing graduation from the program and focuses heavily on discharge planning. Coaches meet with their clients individually and in groups and work in collaboration with our clinical team to support our clients to learn and adopt essential life skills and to build their confidence through victories big and small and the tools of reflection in order for them to develop lives that are fulfilling and rich with meaning. Cornerstones of Maine/Rubedo Transitions is a boutique therapeutic residential program located in Southern Maine. Requirements

  • A college degree is required for this position.
