About The Position

The Case Manager will act as a team member by: Supporting youth in building skills necessary to successfully transition to independence by assisting youth in accessing educational, employment/career, financial, mental/emotional, and community resources. Developing rapport while using a strength-based approach with the youth. Partnering with referring agencies, schools, community resources, to serve the needs of the youth. Effectively and promptly responding to youth in crises situations.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or directly related human service field from an accredited four-year college is required.
If BSW then LBSW is needed, or candidate needs to be working towards licensure.
Effective verbal and written communication is essential.
On-call hours are required.

Nice To Haves

Youth Services Casework experience working with teens and young adults is strongly preferred.
