Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Case Manager - Home Study and Post Release Services who will walk alongside unaccompanied children as they seek family reunification, older youth preparing for adulthood in a new country, and foster families who give these children a home away from home. This role is rooted in Christian faith and aims to ensure children are safe, loved, and connected through family. The position requires the ability to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services and comprehensive case management. The role involves maintaining a caseload, conducting home visits and home study assessments, performing resource referrals, community connections, and utilizing trauma-informed care. The Case Manager will also conduct assessments tailored to client needs, assess potential placements for unaccompanied children, and complete all required documentation in the appropriate database. Additionally, the role includes providing psycho-educational information, family stabilization counseling, developing community partnerships, and staying abreast of community resources and regulatory requirements. Essential job responsibilities may vary, and participation in Bethany sponsored events or other assigned duties may be required.
