About The Position

The Case Manager will act as a team member by conducting home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes. This role involves building relationships using a strength-based approach with families and children, partnering with referring agencies, schools, and community resources to serve their needs, and effectively responding to crises. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • If degree is a Bachelor's in Social Work than licensure is required

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of supervised, paid casework experience
  • 1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS
  • 1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work
