We’re actively seeking a talented Case Design Analyst to join our New Business Case Design Team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role is hybrid and will be required to be in office once per week. As a Case Design Analyst you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by providing best in class service, support, training to both internal and external customers through innovative solutions, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service. This position will also require providing accurate product information, generation of new business life illustrations, sharing of ideas, and testing all software applications used by the department. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 8 people in the Consumer Markets Division.
