About The Position

Pathways, Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals to join our mental health program, Conable Community Residence for Children and Youth, in Bath, NY, as a Case Coordinator. This role involves clinical oversight of the assigned community residence program and coordinating all mental health and non-mental health services for youth in the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field.
• At least two years’ experience working with children and/or adolescents with serious emotional disturbances.
• Meet the qualifications for a Qualified Mental Health Staff as stated in Part 593 of the OMH regulations.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License and driving record that meets Pathways insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
• Meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree is preferred.
