About The Position

The Case Associate provides comprehensive client support by assisting with intake, assessments, crisis response, case documentation, administrative coordination, resource referrals, community outreach, and collaborative team efforts while continuously developing skills to enhance service delivery and organizational success.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Spanish Fluency (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Driver's license
• Automobile Insurance
• Background check
• DMV check

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field of study
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Familiarity with data entry, billing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• 40 DV training certification
• CPR/First Aid certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting client intake and assessments, gathering relevant information to support service planning.
• Help maintain accurate case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Assists with crisis situations and emergencies as needed.
• Provide administrative support, including not limited to billing tasks, scheduling appointments, managing communications, and coordinating meetings.
• Facilitate client access to resources and services by providing information and referrals as needed.
• Participate in outreach activities to promote programs and engage with the community.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and team members as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development, seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and contribute to team and organizational success.
