Paramount Settlement Advisors is a leading settlement planning provider partnering with personal injury law firms to deliver planning-first solutions for plaintiffs and their families. Our work incorporates complex legal review, public benefit analysis, and planning strategies designed to protect clients’ long-term interests at the time of settlement and beyond. Our focus is to provide services that help ensure accurate and complete health insurance liens associated with personal injury recoveries, while supporting plaintiffs as they transition to life after settlement. Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating by phone and email with paralegals and attorneys
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

  • Manage lead follow-up, financial illustration production, case organization, and administrative tasks.
  • Proactively drive follow-up of incomplete leads, coordinating with internal team members and communicating directly with external contacts to collect missing information.
  • Ensure every lead is complete and ready for conversion, so the firm can act quickly when a lead is converted into an active case.
  • Using firm-specific financial illustration software, timely and accurately produce financial illustrations within the parameters specified by, and at the direction of senior team members.
  • Proof and prepare physical and digital illustrative and presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clarity for client understanding.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case files in case management software across all assigned cases, adhering to firm standards for document naming, version control, and storage.
  • Track key documents, outstanding items, and case milestones, logging all follow-up attempts and actions within the case management system.
  • Create and maintain physical and digital case folders upon lead conversion, and proactively prepare case end-of-life documents at the appropriate stage.
  • Scan and digitize physical case file documents into the firm's database and filing system, and maintain general internal recordkeeping responsibilities.
