About The Position

Ability360 has offices in Phoenix, Mesa, Glendale, Coolidge, and Tucson, and provides services throughout Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, and Gila Counties. Ability360 provides high-quality, person-centered, non-medical home care services to AHCCCS/ALTCS/DDD-eligible members in their homes.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in home care administrative operations.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, creating reports, and analyzing data tables in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide staffing support when Supervisors are in the field.
  • Cover caseloads when Supervisors are out sick or on leave.
  • Respond to emails and calls when Supervisors are in the field.
  • Collect and upload Habilitation forms.
  • Request Person Centered Service Plans from health plans.
  • Assist with PCA (caregiver) compliance.
  • Support supervisor home visit scheduling.
  • Verify signatures on time cards.
  • Additional duties as required.
