About The Position

Auberle has evolved into a premier multi-service agency with programs spanning Workforce Development, Housing, Foster Care, Young Adult Services, and Behavioral Health. Auberle’s mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities. In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department. The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. Children live on-site with their parent during treatment, allowing families to remain connected and supported throughout the recovery journey. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.
Requirements
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients and families to appointments, meetings, and other necessary destinations.
- Provide building coverage, including front desk support and assisting with daily operations.
- Help prepare rooms for new clients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist with obtaining groceries and supplies for clients and families as needed.
- Provide support in other areas requiring additional assistance to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
