The position assists in monitoring service delivery and revenue maximization, contributing to the agency’s team process of service delivery. Specific duties vary depending on the division assignment: in Public Health, it involves supporting staff nurses, participating in clinic activities, and providing hands-on nursing support care. In Social Services, it includes interviewing clients, contacting community resources, and providing clerical support. When assigned to the Income Maintenance Unit, the role involves coordinating with other counties to investigate allegations of public assistance fraud, collecting evidence, and reporting findings.
