Under the assigned supervisor, Case Aides are responsible for assisting Intensive Placement Stabilization (IPS) case managers and clinicians in the preparation and maintenance of client case files to ensure they receive the comprehensive care outlined by the IPS case manager and Clinician team. The role of Case Aides extends from supporting IPS Case Managers and IPS Therapists with a variety of administrative tasks. They collaborate with Intensive Placement Stabilization (IPS) case managers and clinicians to ensure that their client’s digital tracking, files, and paperwork are aligned and meet expectations per the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) contractual obligations. IPS Case Aides support the streamlining of intake procedures, internal and external Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Counsel of Accreditation (COA), and DCFS contract reviews. IPS Case Aides are required to use independence (or work under the direction of a supervisor) when performing job tasks/providing services. IPS Case Aides are expected to actively participate in a variety of cross functional teams, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
