The Case Aide Supervisor is primarily responsible for providing case assignments, direct supervision, guidance, and support to Case Aides. This role ensures adherence to agency policies and best practices, and that follow-through, appropriate communication, and documentation occur in a timely and accurate manner. The supervisor will oversee recruitment, hiring, and training processes for program staff, ensuring the development of a skilled and dedicated team. They will also ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintain meticulous records of case progress, incidents, and interventions, and collaborate with community resources and agencies to enhance support services. The position involves maintaining tracking of assignments and scheduled visits, ensuring accurate documentation, and ensuring scheduling and logistic information is provided and all required visits are completed safely. Regular supervision with corresponding documentation and professional development of staff is provided, along with weekly team meetings. The role may provide oversight of the Initial Clothing and Equipment and monitor the quality and quantity of case aide services. Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required, as well as travel through high-risk communities. The supervisor must maintain and convey knowledge of car seat safety protocol and regulatory requirements to staff and work effectively with other supervisors to assure the orderly transfer of cases. They will appropriately communicate with all members of the child welfare team and respond in a timely manner, provide timely approval of expense reimbursements, timecards, and overtime requests, and perform other duties as assigned.
