Carwash General Manager
About The Position
Rainforest Carwash is looking for a motivated, dependable leader to join our growing team as a Manager in Training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous management experience who is ready to grow with a family-owned company. You will receive hands-on training in the day-to-day operations of one of our locations and develop the skills needed to successfully lead a Rainforest Carwash team. As you grow into your role and take on additional responsibility, you will have opportunities for salary increases, bonus pay, and advancement within our company. Requirements
- Previous management or leadership experience, preferably in a retail or customer-service environment
- Experience hiring, training, and managing employees
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and manage daily business operations
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lead by example and take ownership of your location
Nice To Haves
- Basic electrical or mechanical experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a Rainforest Carwash location
- Lead and support your team
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Train and develop employees
- Assist with hiring and staffing
- Handle cash and daily business operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility
- Learn the equipment and operational side of the business
- Work toward managing the day-to-day operations of your own location
