(USA) Carwash/Gas Attendant
About The Position
This position is responsible for communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, communicate credit card program types and application processes, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The role also involves providing customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Additionally, the attendant will maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing and signage, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment. They will also receive and stock merchandise/supplies, operate equipment like cash registers, and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment while providing products and services according to company policies.

Responsibilities

- Handles claims and returns, zones the area, arranges merchandise, identifies shrink and damages, and ensures a safe work environment.
- Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies.
- Operates equipment such as cash registers and Gas Station/Car Wash equipment.
- Provides products and services to customers in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
