About The Position

This position involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The role also includes providing customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining the car wash/gas station area, receiving and stocking merchandise, operating equipment like cash registers, and maintaining the Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and services according to company policies and procedures. The role emphasizes respecting individuals by embracing differences, creating a workplace of belonging, and strengthening the team through mentorship and recognition. It also requires acting with integrity by upholding ethical standards and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members.
• Provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintains the car wash/gas station area by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Handles claims and returns, zones the area, arranges merchandise, identifies shrink and damages, and ensures a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies.
• Operates equipment such as cash registers to process customer purchases.
• Operates and maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides product and services to customers.
• Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with energy and positivity.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others, and recognizes contributions and accomplishments.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
• Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
