About The Position

This role involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The position also provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the car wash/gas station area, handling claims and returns, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment. The role also involves receiving and stocking merchandise/supplies, organizing the facility, merchandising, and completing required paperwork. Additionally, the attendant operates equipment such as cash registers and maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment, providing products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members.
• Provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintains the car wash/gas station area by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Handles claims and returns, identifies shrink and damages, and ensures a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Organizes and maintains the facility by following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, and merchandising.
• Completes and retains required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Operates equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases.
• Operates and maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment.
• Provides products and services to Customers in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
