About The Position

This role involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The attendant will provide customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the car wash/gas station area according to company policies, handling claims and returns, merchandising, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment. The role also involves receiving and stocking merchandise/supplies, organizing the facility, and completing required paperwork. Additionally, the attendant will operate equipment such as cash registers to process customer purchases and operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment, providing products and services to customers.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

Experience in a car wash/gas station environment.
Familiarity with Sam's Club products and services.
Customer service experience.
Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities
