Carwash/Gas Attendant
About The Position
This role involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The attendant provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining the car wash/gas station area according to company policies, handling claims and returns, merchandising, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment. The role involves receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing the facility, and completing required paperwork. Additionally, the attendant operates equipment such as cash registers and gas station/car wash equipment, processing customer purchases and providing products and services.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities

- Provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
- Maintains the car wash/gas station area in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies.
- Operates equipment such as cash registers and gas station/car wash equipment.
- Provides product and services to Customers in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
