(USA) Carwash/Gas Attendant
About The Position
This role involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The position also provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the car wash/gas station area according to company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment. The role also involves receiving and stocking merchandise and supplies, organizing the facility, using equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing required paperwork. Additionally, the attendant operates equipment like cash registers to process customer purchases and maintains and operates Gas Station/Car Wash equipment, providing products and services to customers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
