(USA) Carwash/Gas Attendant
About The Position
This position involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The role also provides customer service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the Gas Station/Car Wash area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing and signage, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment. The attendant will receive and stock merchandise/supplies, organize and maintain the facility, and complete required paperwork. Additionally, the role involves operating equipment such as cash registers and maintaining Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment, providing products and services to customers in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
