As a Cart Runner at Festival Foods, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by assisting guests with parcel pick-up and ensuring carts are readily available. As a Cart Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service while contributing to a friendly and inviting shopping experience.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with associates and customers.
Attention to detail.
Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment.
Ability to bag efficiently while maintaining product integrity.
Ability to stand in place for long periods of time.
Ability to walk in the store.
Ability to bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment.
Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to guests in a friendly environment.
Create a welcoming atmosphere by being friendly, courteous, and cooperative.
Uphold Guest Services expectations and standards.
Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas in all weather conditions.
Perform prompt parcel pick-up service.
Share customer requests with management and resolve issues proactively.
Support the team with other duties as assigned, including customer service initiatives.
Maintain regular, timely attendance.
