About The Position

As a Cart Retrieval Team Member, you will collect shopping carts from parking lot corrals and return them to the store using manual pushing or motorized cart-retrieval equipment. You will maintain steady cart flow to support guest experience. You will also greet shoppers, answer basic questions, and assist guests with loading heavy or bulky purchases into their vehicles. Additionally, you will remove debris or trash from the parking lot, maintain cart sanitation areas, and support spill cleanups or trash collection as needed. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat) and perform regular safety sweeps, identify hazards, and report concerns promptly. This role requires the ability to stand and walk long distances (often several miles per shift), bend, lift, and push/pull heavy lines of carts. You should be comfortable working outdoors in fluctuating weather while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented attitude. Be the reason someone leaves with a smile. Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk long distances (often several miles per shift), bend, lift, and push/pull heavy lines of carts.
- Comfortable working outdoors in fluctuating weather while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- You’re 18 years of age or older
- You enjoy working with people and providing great service
- You’re comfortable learning and using technology
- You listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized
- You’re dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to help
- You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods

- Communicate clearly and confidently, using friendly eye contact and positive body language
- Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with care
