About The Position

This role is responsible for providing quality service and products to customers in a timely and professional manner. The main duties involve retrieving packing notes, filling carts with appropriate linen, and receiving products from the production line to place them in required carts. The position also requires moving completed carts to the scale area, adhering to standard operating procedures, and inspecting each piece of linen for defects such as stains, tears, holes, and wear to meet quality and production standards.

Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day.
Sufficient manual dexterity to handle linen efficiently.
Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling.
Be able to push/pull clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs. (on wheels).
Ability to work in high temperature environment.
Must be able to read and write English, and perform simple mathematics.

Responsibilities

Retrieve packing notes and fill carts with appropriate linen.
Receive products from the end of the production line and place them in required carts.
Move completed carts to the scale area.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Inspect each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wear.
Meet quality and production standards.
Cross-train in other positions per production needs.
Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit.
