The Cart Attendant position at Trappers Turn Golf Club involves assessing guest needs, maintaining standards, and caring for the golf car fleet, while actively participating as a team member and embodying the Kalahari Promise. This role is part of the leadership team, guiding and supporting associates to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in person.
- Must possess good mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests as they arrive and depart from the facility.
- Deliver carts from the cart barn(s) to the daily staging area.
- Ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and properly prepared with full sand bottles, scorecard, and pencils.
- Pick, clean practice balls, ensure the practice range is clean of any litter, and monitor practice ball levels.
- Work closely with inside golf staff regarding all groups and events.
- Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by managers and/or supervisors.
- Work with Golf Shop staff to ensure that all golf course rules including dress code and beverage policies are followed by guests.
