The Cart Attendant position at Trappers Turn Golf Club involves assessing guest needs in areas such as golf service and miscellaneous requirements, maintaining management and ownership standards, and taking care of the golf car fleet. The role requires active participation as a team, using core values and service expectations daily, and embodying the 'Lead with Love' promise to guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in person.
  • Must possess good mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests as they arrive and depart from the facility.
  • Deliver carts from the cart barn(s) to the daily staging area.
  • Ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and properly prepared with full sand bottles, scorecard, and pencils.
  • Pick, clean practice balls, ensure the practice range is clean of any litter, and monitor practice ball levels.
  • Work closely with inside golf staff regarding all groups and events.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by managers and/or supervisors.
  • Work with Golf Shop staff to ensure that all golf course rules including dress code and beverage policies are followed by guests.
