The Club at Eaglebrooke, located in Lakeland, FL, is seeking a driven individual for a part-time Cart Attendant/Outside Operations role. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months to one year of customer service experience or training
- Regular and reliable attendance
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot
- Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings
- Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
- Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area
- Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition
- Prepare golf carts for play following the standards of Troon
- Assist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth
- Assist players by changing their golf spikes if needed
- Perform range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day
- Direct start of play when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
- Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return
- Assist with food and beverage activities
- Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
