Requirements

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Ability to transport and carry objects (such as a high-chair) up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
• Regularly required to navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests.
• Ability to move and grasp items up to five pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend and stoop.
• Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference by loving people with a bright smile.
• Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests to their seats.
• Maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant.
• Ensure a positive guest experience from start to finish.
• Take to-go orders over the phone or online (35%).
• Deliver orders to guests' cars (35%).
• Complete payment transactions with guests (20%).
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are met (10%).
