About The Position

The Carryout Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of carryout services within a retail or grocery environment. The supervisor will lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail or food service.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of carryout associates to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with store management and other departments to streamline carryout processes and improve overall service delivery.
• Manage scheduling and attendance to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all carryout activities.
