Requirements

Logistics experienced preferred
Sales and negotiation skills
Strong decision-making ability and judgment
Positive and energetic team player
Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Source, qualify, and onboard carriers to expand our network
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers through consistent communication
Research, negotiate, and secure competitive market rates
Monitor market trends and seasonality to support effective decision-making and service quality
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure shipments are covered with the most efficient solutions
Respond quickly to issues and make sound, timely decisions
Provide superior customer service
Perform other related duties as assigned
