As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for building strong carrier relationships, negotiating competitive rates, and collaborating closely with our customer sales team to ensure seamless, on-time delivery—contributing to the high-quality experience RPM is known for.

Responsibilities

• Establish, expand, and cultivate relationships with carriers in the auto hauling marketplace
• Identify, source, and procure new vehicle carrier relationships at key stakeholder levels
• Manage vehicle carrier network to ensure the ultimate RPM experience
• Maintain constant contact with vehicle carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business
• Utilize RPM’s proprietary software to make informed buying decisions
• Navigate RPM’s Transportation Management System and related tools to manage daily load operational tasks
• Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system
