Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and data entry software
- Ability to lift 50-pound packages
- Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Willingness to comply with strict security, safety, and attendance policies
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities
- Cross-train and operate printing machines, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify job tickets for proper closure and double signatures.
- Review shipment requirements.
- Categorize orders by service agreements and shipping deadlines.
- Pull the correct carrier stock.
- Use templates and Mail Merge files to print carriers with the necessary information.
- Check every print for quality and compare finished carriers to provided samples.
- Print shipping labels using applications like FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post.
- Monitor inventory.
- Update or create templates in Microsoft Word.
- Extract tracking data for daily reports.
- Wear company-provided smock.
- Follow all HSA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Comply with strict security, safety, and attendance policies.
