Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and data entry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-hour shift
• Dependable attendance and willingness to follow established security and safety procedures
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

• Experience with machine operation, printing, mailing, or manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review and verify production job tickets before printing
• Organize and prioritize daily printing assignments
• Set up and operate carrier and label printing equipment
• Print carriers and labels using machine controls and computer templates
• Create shipping labels using FedEx, DHL, and other shipping applications
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain inventory of production materials and supplies
• Update production records and electronic files
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure
• Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
