About The Position

Experienced Carpet Installer Wanted. In-House Installer or Subcontractor — We're Open to Both! Looking for steady work with a company that values quality craftsmanship? We’re looking for an experienced Carpet Installer to join our team. We are open to bringing on the right person as either an in-house installer or a subcontractor. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up reliably, and enjoys doing high-quality residential and commercial installations. Our work is primarily medium- to high-end residential and Main Street commercial projects, with occasional full-scale commercial work. We’re based out of Plymouth, NH, and Bethlehem, NH with most jobs located within a 50-mile radius.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional carpet installation experience
• Comfortable working independently on quality-focused projects
• Holds a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Ability to install other types of flooring is a plus

Responsibilities

• Tack strip installation
• Removal of old floor covering
• Roll goods installation
• T-seams and butt seams
• Patterned carpet installation
• Glue-down carpet
• Carpet tile
• Stairs — full wrap, runners, and wedge
• Carpet binding
• Pad installation
