About The Position

Join APEX Group, a Diverzify Company, and take your skills to the next level as a Carpet Data Center Cleaning Technician! In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional floor care and maintenance services across premier commercial facilities. This includes cleaning, restoring, and preserving various surfaces such as carpets, upholstery, stone, tile, grout, metal, vinyl, wood, and concrete. Our technicians utilize cutting-edge equipment and eco-friendly techniques to uphold the highest industry standards. This is not your standard general cleaning. This is detailed cleaning of critical space and equipment found within a data center.

Requirements

  • Be able to pass criminal background requirements.
  • Ability to pass any client security requirements.
  • Must be of legal age to work
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • High energy, results oriented, takes initiative.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to work flexible hours unsupervised.
  • Honest, dependable and team oriented
  • Polite, friendly, pleasant and outgoing with a neat, clean appearance.
  • Able to demonstrate superior knowledge, skills and processes of our flooring maintenance system to your team and customers.
  • Must speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties as related to carpet and data center cleaning maintenance and the scope of work required.
  • Perform specific jobs and tasks as directed by Crew Leader, or Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for ensuring jobs are completed to the customer and company's expectations.
  • Properly maintain assigned equipment (i.e. phones, vacuums, etc.)
  • Work directly with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager in quality assurance and notify them of any work-related problems.
  • Attend and participate in all required Maintenance Team meetings.
  • Clean van and equipment daily. Keep the equipment cage neat and orderly at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Assume other responsibilities from time to time as directed by management.
  • Participate in firm’s growth as a cooperative and loyal member of the team.
