We are seeking a Full-Time Carpet Cleaning Assistant for our Ypsilanti, MI office. This role is responsible for cleaning carpet for residential and commercial locations.
Requirements
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Ability to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Professionalism
- Knowledgeable about carpet cleaning procedures
Nice To Haves
- Custodial Experience: 1 year
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Driving company van
- Clean and disinfect equipment
- Use truck mounted and portable carpet extraction equipment
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Collect payment from residents
- Identify and report possible repairs
- Adhere to on-call policy.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
