About The Position

Royalty Roofing is seeking an experienced and motivated Carpentry to join our growing team in Seymour, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, roofing or construction experience, and the ability to oversee crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a construction Foreman or similar leadership role.
• Roofing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read plans and manage job site operations.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and on multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction crews on construction projects.
• Work alongside the crew in the field.
• Coordinate daily job site activities and schedules.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and job progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
