About The Position

Facilities Field Technician provides comprehensive maintenance support, including general repairs and construction-related work, to ensure a secure and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be licensed to drive without restrictions.
5+ years of multi-trade experience (maintenance, carpentry, construction).
Proficiency or general knowledge in carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, flooring.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures
Must meet job related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual
Perform routine and corrective maintenance (doors, windows, flooring, fixtures).
Carpentry: framing, drywall, painting, trim work, cabinetry installs.
Doors: Install frames, door slabs and commercial hardware.
General concrete knowledge of cutting, removal, placement and finishing
General Property maintenance: weed control, leaf and debris clean up
Support Life Safety compliance and infection control protocols.
Coordinate small capital projects and oversee vendors as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned
