We are looking for a full-time, experienced Carpenter with expertise in both rough and finish carpentry to join our crew. This role is central to the quality of work we deliver. You will work across a variety of residential construction and renovation projects, bringing precision, craftsmanship, and a high standard of workmanship to everything you build, install, and repair. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in construction installation and carpentry — both rough and finish work
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
  • Ability to drive a truck and trailer
  • Must have personal hand and power tools to perform most common construction tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work — no shortcuts
  • Ability to communicate instructions and delegate effectively to support staff
  • Creative, collaborative, and passionate about the craft — brings ideas and takes pride in the finished product
  • Brings a positive, team-first attitude and takes ownership of their work

Responsibilities

  • Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using a variety of materials including wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites
  • Assemble and fasten materials to construct frameworks, props, and structural components using hand tools, wood screws, nails, dowel pins, and adhesives
  • Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level, following all safety protocols
  • Study blueprints, sketches, and building plans to prepare project layouts and determine dimensions and required materials
  • Shape and cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, and power saws
  • Fit and install window frames, door frames, door hardware, and interior and exterior trim using carpenter’s levels, plumb bobs, and laser levels
  • Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures using woodworking machines, hand tools, and power tools
  • Inspect ceiling and floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, and woodwork to identify broken or damaged structures
  • Remove damaged or defective parts and sections of structures and repair or replace them accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
  • Maintain daily job site cleanliness, including removing trash, organizing materials, and sweeping
  • Move and position materials around the job site as assigned, working safely and efficiently
  • Represent Earthadelic’s standards for quality, professionalism, and attention to detail on every project
  • Work closely with project managers, crew leaders, and fellow tradespeople to coordinate work and meet project timelines
  • Communicate instructions clearly and assist in delegating tasks to support staff when needed
  • Contribute ideas, collaborate as a team player, and bring a positive attitude to every job site
