About The Position

McHale Landscape Design is searching for a Carpenter for our Design Build department supporting our Landscape Design-Build teams. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in constructing high-end outdoor structures around the Annapolis/Eastern Shore Region and ensuring their successful completion. Requirements

1 or more years of experience in a residential or outdoor carpentry role.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong professional and proficient communication skills (bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus).
Proven ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment.
Solid time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Build high-end outdoor structures including decks, pergolas, pavilions, and custom landscape structures.
Perform carpentry tasks like framing, siding, fine trim, and detailed custom exterior woodwork.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects from start to finish.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Review your own work to ensure it meets high-quality industry standards.
Follow project timelines to ensure efficient daily workflow.
Ensure all tasks comply with building codes and regulations.
