Requirements
- Proven carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of residential carpentry on custom homes and renovations
- Work closely with a tight-knit, experienced team that values precision and accountability
